battle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;There&#8217;s also checking food labels, to get your appropriate portion size, the recommended size that&#8217;s listed on the label.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Either way it&#8217;s your choice ,My advice<strong> smaller plate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pause The World And Enjoy The Meal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure meals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A study shows that people who are distracted are most likely to overeat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They&#8217;re unable to pay attention to the inner workings of their body telling
